Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 24 hours (not including holidays or weekends) from our warehouse in Riverside, MO. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a separate email notification with tracking information. Please reference the tracking number to see your estimated delivery time. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please note that we have seen extended delivery times with USPS and orders may be delayed or arrive past their estimated delivery time. If you do not receive your order within 14 days of your original ship date, please email us at contact@watchovervoodoo.com for additional assistance.

How much is shipping & handling?

All orders under $30 will include a standard shipping charge of $4.99. We do offer free standard shipping on all orders of $30 or more within the US.

Free shipping is not valid on past purchases, wholesale orders, express shipping, or orders shipping outside of the United States. Purchase amount must be met before taxes and shipping.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, we offer Priority or Priority Express shipping options. Priority shipping is available to any order (at any amount) and has an estimated transit time of 1-3 business days. The cost of Priority shipping is based on the carrier rate and will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Free shipping is not available for Priority or Priority Express shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer flat rate international shipping of $19.99 to Canada*, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and select European countries. Please note that once your order is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Due to the ongoing national strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, we are currently unable to process and ship orders to Canada. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Which European countries do you ship to?

We offer a flat-rate international shipping rate of $19.99 to the following European countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses?

Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Standard shipping rates will still apply.

What happens if my order misses the estimated delivery time?

Once we hand off your order to the carrier for delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or parcels that have missed their expected delivery date.

What happens if my order is returned due to an undeliverable address?

If an order has been processed and shipped but was returned back to our facility in Riverside, MO due to an undeliverable address, invalid/incorrect address, or any other reason besides a pre-requested return, the shipping cost for the order will not be refunded.

Our team will reach out if an order is returned in order to reprocess the shipment with a new/valid address. If we are unable to contact you within 5 days, we will automatically process a refund for the cost of the item(s) associated with the order. 

Orders that have applied any special promotional codes, redeemed coupons/points, or any other discount will lose those rewards. Redeemed rewards or special promotional codes will not be refunded/returned for a future purchase.

What happens if my order shows it has been delivered but I don't have my order?

Once we hand off your order to the carrier for delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

USPS, UPS and other parcel carriers been experiencing delays with delivery/transit times and overall accuracy of their online tracking systems. Please wait 10 days after the original ship date before initiating a customer service request. If you have not received your order after 10 days please contact us at contact@watchovervoodoo.com for assistance.

What is your holiday shipping schedule?

December 18th is our shipping cut-off for all holiday orders. Orders placed after December 18th are not guaranteed to arrive before December 24th.

Additionally, our office and warehouse will be closed the last two (2) weeks in December to give our employees extended time off during the holidays to spend with their families. Orders placed between December 22nd - January 1st will not be processed until January 2nd (or the next business day).

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return for my order?

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@watchovervoodoo.com. 

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instruction for next steps regarding how to ship the item(s) back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What do I do if I received my order but it is damaged or missing pieces?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Are there items that are non-returnable?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or Mystery Watchover Voodoo purchase.

Can I exchange items from my order for something else?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

When will I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@watchovervoodoo.com.

What happens if my order is returned due to an undeliverable address?

If an order has been processed and shipped but was returned back to our facility in Riverside, MO due to an undeliverable address, invalid/incorrect address, or any other reason besides a pre-requested return, the shipping cost for the order will not be refunded.

Our team will reach out if an order is returned in order to reprocess the shipment with a new/valid address. If we are unable to contact you within 5 days, we will automatically process a refund for the cost of the item(s) associated with the order.

Who is eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period?

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do you offer custom Watchover Voodoo dolls?

At this time, we do not offer custom made dolls. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Do you offer a bulk discount?

Yes, we do offer bulk discounts for purchases of 100+ dolls.

If you are interested in making a one-time purchase of 100+ dolls, please email us at contact@watchovervoodoo.com and a member of our Customer Service team will help you with processing your order.

Can I make multiple wholesale purchases through WatchoverVoodoo.com?

If you are interested in ordering products to restock a store display or continue to make large quantity purchases, please either contact your sales rep directly or email us at sales@historyandheraldry.com or contact@watchovervoodoo.com.

Loyalty & Rewards Program

Can I earn points from purchases made outside of WatchoverVoodoo.com?

No, you are unable to earn reward points from purchases made from other retailers. You are only able to earn points from purchases made directly through www.watchovervoodoo.com.

Can I use my redeemed rewards with a store-wide promotion?

No, you cannot combine redeemed rewards with any store-wide promotions. Only one promotion/reward is allowed per purchase.

Is there a purchase minimum for redeeming my rewards?

Yes, your purchase must meet the minimum of $12 (not including shipping) in order to use any of your redeemable rewards. I.e., $5 off, 15% off, or 20% off.

Can I get expedited shipping for free with the free shipping reward?

Free shipping is valued up to $7. Any additional shipping cost will not be covered by this reward

I redeemed my points for a free item. How do I get my free item?

If you redeemed your points for a free product (i.e., bumper sticker, canvas tote bag, or similar), you will need to add the product to your cart and enter the promotional code generated when you redeemed your points.

Free product redemptions are not automatically processed and shipped. Products will not be shipped on their own without a purchase being made.

I accidentally redeemed the wrong reward, redeemed twice, or changed my mind on my redemption - can I get my points back?

Yes! Please email us at contact@watchovervoodoo.com and include the email address that is associated with your Loyalty & Rewards Program account and tell us which reward you'd like to cancel. Once the reward has been cancelled, you will be unable to us it on any purchase.

If you used a redemption code on a purchase that has already been processed, we are unable to make any requested adjustments or changes.

I have a promo code but it isn't working - what do I do?

If there is a site-wide promotion going on (i.e., BOGO, Free X with Y Purchase, Free Shipping, $XX off purchase, or similar) you will not be able to use a redeemed promo code on your order. Discounts cannot be stacked.

If you do use a redeemed promo code, the order will automatically override the site-wide discount in place of your promo code.

Yes, all of our Watchover Voodoo dolls are handmade with love and care!

Can I find Watchover Voodoo dolls in a store in my area?

Yes! Watchover Voodoo dolls can be found in many retail stores, convenience stores, gift shops, and airports across the country!

We do not have a store locator available, but you can email us at contact@watchovervoodoo.com to find a local retailer in your area. Please note that we cannot confirm the inventory or selection available at specific retail stores.

Additionally, we are unable to offer assistance locating retailers outside of the United States. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Are Watchover Voodoo dolls actual voodoo dolls?

Watchover Voodoo dolls are meant to be fun and lighthearted, with each doll having a specific positive message or intention.

Will a specific retired Watchover Voodoo doll be available again?

Unfortunately, once a Watchover Voodoo doll has been retired, it is unlikely to be restocked again.

Additionally, we are not affiliated with 3rd party sellers that may be selling/reselling retired or discontinued Watchover Voodoo dolls and we cannot confirm their authenticity.
