Shipping typically occurs within 24 hours of order placement from our warehouse in Riverside, MO. We will send you an email with tracking information once your order ships. Watchover Voodoo reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions
Free Shipping on orders of $40.01+. Valid at watchovervoodoo.com on standard shipping in the United States only. Not valid on past purchases, wholesale orders, express shipping, and outside of the contiguous United States. Purchase amount must be met before taxes and shipping.
Risk of Loss & Missed Delivery Window
Once Watchover Voodoo hands off your order to the carrier for delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or parcels that have missed their expected delivery date.
Lost in Transit
Once Watchover Voodoo hands off your order to the carrier for delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Additionally, Watchover Voodoo is not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping details (i.e., house number, street name/number, apt/suite number, city, state, and/or zip code) and reserve the right deny a refund or reshipment of the order.
Orders Shipped within the United States & U.S. Territories
If you have not received your order within 10 days of the original ship date, please contact us at contact@watchovervoodoo.com.
Orders Shipped Outside the United States & U.S. Territories
If you have not received your order within 14 days of the original ship date, please contact us at contact@watchovervoodoo.com.

Watchover Voodoo will not reship orders that have delivered outside of the United States this includes but is not limited to: Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
- Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to appear back on your credit card. The processing time is dependent on the credit card provider.
Undeliverable or Carrier Returned Orders
If an order has been processed and shipped but was returned back to our facility in Riverside, MO due to an undeliverable, invalid, incomplete, incorrect address, or any other reason besides a pre-requested return, the shipping cost for the order will not be refunded. We will attempt to contact you within 3 business days to confirm the return and provide refund/reshipment options.
- Refund to Original Payment Method – If you prefer a refund to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Reshipment - If you prefer to receive your order, a new invoice will be drafted so that a new shipping label ($5.99) may be purchased and regenerated.
If we receive no notification from the customer before processing the return, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
Watchover Voodoo is closed for all Federal holidays, additionally, we give our employees extended time off during the holidays to spend with their families. Please reference our holiday shipping schedule below for further information.
